Sea Star Apartment Rates Schedule up to 31 January 2011 ** High season rates apply for all Public Holidays and Special Events.
* Prices are in Australian Dollars and subject to change without notice.
* Prices below are per night, 2.00pm Arrival and 10.00am Departure.

Tariffs:
Tariffs are subject to change without notice. All rates are inclusive
of G.S.T.
Bookings and Deposits:
To secure your booking, Sea Star Apartments requires a deposit
for the first nights accommodation by Credit card before confirming
booking. The balance outstanding is payable upon departure by
cash or Credit Card.
Check in times:
Check in time is 2.00pm on day of arrival. Check out time is 10.00
am on day of departure. Guest must be over the age of 20 with
valid credit card to check in
Cancellations:
A $30.00 cancellation fee will apply to any booking that is cancelled. If no notice is given, full payment will be taken. No refunds will be given for early departure once the stay has commenced at the resort.
Cleaning and linen charges:
For bookings of 8-14 days there will be a linen change mid-way
through your stay. For bookings over 14 days there will be a linnen
change weekly. Additional cleaning and linen changes can be arranged
for a small additional charge.
Pets:
To abide by local health regulations, no pets are allowed into
rental accommodation. |
